ByteNerd will not access customer data unless explicitly granted authorisation by the customer to do so as part of a requested service.
ByteNerd does not guarantee the integrety of data stored on customer devices. While we take every precaution possible to make sure any device data is unaffected by our services, we cannot assume liability for any lost data during the device’s time in our storage.
If we are aware that a procedure may result in loss of data, we will inform the customer of the possibility, what data may be affected, and we will offer to back their data up if possible at an additional cost.
We strongly encourage our customers to back up any important files and documents before they drop off or mail-in their device for service.
